So far losing weight & losing mass is going well.
I've adopted a more vegetarian diet, have been drinking more herbal tea and
actually been eating less.
I've noticed my energies have increased, especially with cycling.
The first saturday of the month, I get together with a group of like minded artists. As we always meet at a pub, it was a slightly surreal, but rewarding experience to come home sober. Social situations are the challenging times, but so far so good.
Losing nearly 7 kilos in under 2 months was something I would have thought not possible a few months back...

Awesome progress, Brendan! The social situations can be challenging, but, I believe, they are the situations we must most prepare for and anticipate. I wish you more luck on your goals and look forward to reading more about your progress.
